Technical Customer Support Agent

Location: Remote / Home Based
A FULL TIME POSITION- 40 hours a week - Incl. WEEKENDS / LATE / NIGHT SHIFT

The position

Technical Customer Support Agent for WebinarNinja. We are looking for dedicated, friendly and helpful people to support our growing users.

Core Must Haves

  • Are you able to gather, handle, process data and information efficiently and effectively?
  • Can you handle unexpected situations and use initiative to implement a solution?
  • Are you able to use technology to help solve problems?
  • Are you great at communicating and sharing your knowledge?
  • Are you able to empathize with others situation and offer to help in a fluent and accurate manner - both verbally and in writing?
  • Are you disciplined, flexible and willing to take direction and follow instructions?

  • Do you have at least 4 years of technical customer support experience?
