What is an attendee?

An attendee is a person who is present at a webinar hosted by you. Each unique person who attends the webinar is counted as an attendee. We suggest choosing the most likely attendee count in any given month for the smoothest experience. If you exceed, you can upgrade at any time.

What is a co-presenter?

Co-Presenters are people you bring to speak alongside you on-camera on a live webinar. You can invite them in advance or get them on-camera during broadcast. You can have unlimited co-presenters.

How many registrants can I per webinar?

You can have unlimited registrants. If registration exceeds your plan's attendee limit for live webinars, you can always upgrade. All registrants can watch your webinar replay.

What is the maximum duration for my webinar?

By default you can have a single webinar of up to 4 hours . Need more simply email sales@proprofs.com

Can I create a paid webinar?

Yes, you can create a paid webinar that attendees pay for at registration. WebinarNinja integrates with Stripe, our secure payment processor.

Do I need to install any software on my website or computer?

No. WebinarNinja and CourseNinja takes care of all the hosting. All your webinars will be hosted on our secure servers. All you need is an internet connection and a browser.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Just email us at billing@proprofs.com. The change will reflect on your next billing cycle.

What types of payment do you accept?

Currently, we accept Visa, MasterCard, & American Express. We do not accept PayPal. For purchases over $3000, we can accept check payments for an additional processing fee of $100. Please contact sales@proprofs.com if you are interested in this.

What live video tech do we use?

We use the latest live video technology called WebRTC. This is all part of our zero-delay webinar system. This ensures your webinar broadcast and interactions with your audience on video is always in real time with no lag. We are also the only WebRTC webinar software that truly broadcasts and records in HD.

Is my data safe and secure?

Yes. Our state-of-the-art computer servers are hosted at a secure location that maintains multiple power feeds, fiber links, dedicated generators, and battery backup. ProProfs product software and infrastructure are updated regularly with the latest security patches. Our network is protected by an enterprise-class firewall and all ProProfs plans include remote data backups to keep your data safe.
